Cao Đài Temple
“Cao Đài Temple” is an interactive jacquard woven installation. This piece was shown in a self-curated group space for the first 2022 MFA Show at SAIC Galleries. Viewers were invited to enter through the installation. Upon moving the strips of woven works to enter the temple, sounds of feng shui coins colliding against one another would greet the viewers. At its large scale, the weaving is simulating architecture and acts as a portal of entry or exit for viewers experiencing the space.
